Daybreak.

Let’s hold our hands tight and dream
Praying for the sky to last another night.
These shooting stars illuminate the sea so bright,
The waves crash loudly,
Tearing up the sand so smooth.
The moon in it’s fullness brings a l i g h t to your face,
So full of hope and wide-eyed joy.okay
You’re like sunshine on the cloudiest day.

Uninhibited.

Like the smile on a lover’s face when their desire is seen,
Standing close enough to touch,
Near enough to embrace.
With sentiments of comfort, love and peace,
An intimacy so deep that a glimpse is all that is sought.
To say that this is nothing perhaps is understated,
However there is more to know, to learn, and to live.
To know the One who yearns with a passion unbridled
A Seeker of lovers,
lovers of this Desiring Presence.
To know this Passion,
a Lover of such endless extremes
Calls for a life devoted.
What sacrifice would suffice
To receive such a Desire?
No human act can earn such a Gift,
All I have to offer are these simple things:
A heart surrendered,
love uninhibited,
And an irresistible existence now to now be lived.
This is Grace.
This is Acceptance.
This is Forgiveness.
This is wholly undeserving, and utterly awe-inspiring

The Dynamic of Patience.

To a someone somewhere,
Perhaps its you.
I want you to know that I miss you.
Maybe we've not yet met,
Of what matter is distance?
Or somehow we once were the best friends,
That now have moved apart.
No difference to me,
Wherever you are,I love you.
My heart beats like a drum forced out of r h y t h m
and skips like a stone through the spring waters
When I think of you and the future we'll have together.
Please wait and don't forget about me,
I'm still here waiting
Missing,loving,and wanting you.

Spiral.

Save the stars
They're brightly lit.
Like the embers of a cigarette
Shooting to the ground.
With not a sound
A silent reminder of how
Small we truly are.

Shimmer.

I need a breakthrough,
A magnificent arising.
Glimmering with the possible,
S h i n i n g with a brilliance
That illuminates the sky.

Downpour.

It had been a while since the rain poured down,
And now I live within a thundercloud.
The skies hold grey, these lifeless forms
Transition into gales of force
All at once,crashing down.
A hurricane would give more warning,
A tornado dare to come,
But this storm of clouds and rain
Now has stained the ground.
I see a glimpse,
An attempt to break through,
Oh holy Son have you come to make new?
Because this storm is overwhelming,
These clouds yet cease to leave.
And this rain drenched ground is begging for You.
